High-quality event technology often comes with a steep price tag, creating a barrier for local organizations looking to host professional gatherings. To solve this, the Tillamook Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Community Foundation have partnered to bring powerful new media and event resources directly to our local community.
To meet the high demand for presentation tech, state-of-the-art visual projection equipment is now available for local organizations to borrow. Thanks to a generous grant from Tillamook PUD alongside supplemental funding from the Chamber Community Foundation, organizations across Tillamook County can check out high-grade projection systems paired with massive 150-inch screens. These feature ultra-short-throw projectors, which take up minimal space while delivering a huge, high-definition picture, making them equally suited for tight meeting rooms or large-scale conference venues. Because this equipment was made possible through community grant funding, it is free for local businesses, non-profits, and community groups to sign out. Interested organizations simply need to complete a standard use agreement and reserve their dates in advance.
In addition to presentation gear, the Chamber Community Foundation has also invested in a brand-new portable photo booth designed to elevate local festivities. To keep it accessible, rental fees for Chamber members will remain minimal, covering only the basic operating and printing costs. Community members may have already experienced the photo booth at events like Treats & Sweets, and it will soon make its fairgrounds debut at the Tillamook PUD booth during the Tillamook County Fair.
Whether you are hosting an annual business meeting, a community workshop, or a festive fundraiser, these resources are here to help you deliver an engaging experience without breaking your budget.ย
