Moving to September offers more reliable, warm weather, which means you can enjoy the evening without the freezing chills of earlier months. This timing also fits perfectly with the harvest season. Because of the move, we now have access to a selection of wineries and vintages that were previously unavailable to us. This change ensures a much better atmosphere where great weather and great wine come together perfectly.
