Whether you’re looking for your future retirement home, an investment option you can enjoy more than checking your 401K balance, or simply a quiet place to escape on the coast, there is a lot to think about.
Together, Denise and Sierra will run through common questions, including what rental incomes might count and what the rules are, how to think about a second home as an investment and what circumstances might factor in to resale in the future, and what other professionals might be good to reach out to in the decision making.
We’ll run through some real time scenarios with properties that are currently on the market, and would be happy to talk out any questions or scenarios that you’re going through. Registration is not required, and attending the workshop is not a commitment of any kind.
