Changes in short term rental rules, growing families, empty nests, and weather burnout have all been reasons for listing this winter. If you have changes in your life that have you wondering whether it is time to sell your coast home and reinvest, this is the workshop for you!
We can talk about the listing process, what we are seeing in this little corner of the ever-changing market, and what the preliminary steps are for listing, including what other professionals might be good to reach out to in the decision making (spoiler: it’s a tax professional!). We will send you home with a list of what questions to ask when interviewing a real estate agent, and what kinds of steps you can take to get your house ready for market. Registration is not required, and attending the workshop is not a commitment of any kind.
