Youth Golf Membership Scholarship Application

Youth golf scholarships for the youth of Tillamook County are made possible through the generous support of the Bill Block Foundation. This program is designed to help ensure that young people in our community have the opportunity to learn the game of golf, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills both on and off the course.

This application allows families to apply for a Youth Golf Membership scholarship at The Mook at Alderbrook for an individual youth. A separate application must be submitted for each youth applying.

Scholarship Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements(Required)

I confirm that the following eligibility requirements are true

The applicant is between 12 and 17 years of age.
The youth lives in Tillamook County or attends a Tillamook County school.
The youth agrees to follow all rules and policies of The Mook at Alderbrook (2026 Golf Policies - link opens in new tab).
The family understands that scholarships are limited and awarded based on available funding.
The Youth Golf Membership does not include cart or trail fees. Cart use is available to youth age 16 or older with a valid driver’s license for an additional fee set by The Mook at Alderbrook.
I understand that The Mook at Alderbrook reserves the right to suspend or revoke a youth membership for any reason, specifically for annual underusage or if course rules or conduct expectations are not followed.
