Secondary Farm Products: Products that have been grown, raised, produced, or collected by someone else. Secondary Farm Products must be obtained directly from the source, i.e. a non-wholesale source. Value-Added/Manufactured Products: Processed food products whose main ingredients are raised by the farmer. Bakery products are considered value-added food products. Manufactured foods are produced from raw ingredients, by or under the direction of the Vendor, in Oregon and/or Washington. The Vendor is not required to raise any of the raw ingredients. Prepared Food: Those made for consumption on the premises. Non-Food Farm Products: Non-food agricultural products such as wool, soap, lavender, candles and handmade products. I agree to the City of Tillamook Hold-Harmless Agreement, and as a participant in the 2019 Tillamook Farmers’ Market, acknowledge the terms and conditions established by the City of Tillamook Resolution and agree to abide by those terms. By this agreement I also agree to hold the City of Tillamook harmless and indemnify the City of Tillamook for any liability or loss which might result from my participation in the Tillamook Farmers’ Market I acknowledge and accept liability, responsibility and control for all products that are sold by me at the Tillamook Farmers’ Market, and for all activities conducted by me in conjunction with the Tillamook Farmers’ Market.
