Pristine Prima’s Beach Cleanup at Mile 285

Join Primavera Salinas who adopted Oregon Shores Mile 285 in honor of her marine biology professor, who supported and inspired her to earn an Associates Degree despite mental health, housing instability, and other challenges. On May 30, from 10 am – 2 pm, participants will walk with Prima, learn about her mile, and remove debris from this somewhat isolated stretch of the Oregon Coast.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What’s Provided: Bags and buckets. Bring your own gloves and snacks.
