A new Health & Wellness class designed to prepare people who are planning to take a loved one home on either Hospice or Palliative care; or for people who are currently caring for someone in this end of life stage, and are feeling overwhelmed, seeking more guidance and support.
This is not a gloom and doom class! Much to the contrary, this 5-week class is about love, bonding and empowerment!
