First Annual Bay City Trunk or Treat! October 31st, 5 – 7 in front of City Hall. Prizes given for vehicles! If you’d like to participate with your car, please register with Bay City Town Hall, in person or by phone. Or email to BayCityTrunkorTreat@gmail.com. City Hall will host a haunted house with hot chocolate, cider and treats!
