Acclaimed watercolorist and Rockaway Beach resident Robert Vaughan is leading a small-group watercolor workshop at Blue Water Fine Art Gallery on Saturday, October 24, 2–5 PM.
It’s not a paint-and-sip — no one paints the same image. The focus is on creative discovery and developing your own artistic voice, with personalized instruction in a group capped at 10.
