Judges decisions are final. Entries are subject to re-classification by judges to meet appropriate criteria. Entrants will be notified at time of re-classification. Upon acceptance into the Dairy Parade and Festival, you are authorized to participate in the Parade. The participate, on his/her behalf, and on behalf of all persons participating in the parade in any manner in connection with this entry, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Tillamook Chamber of Commerce, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively and individually referred to as “Indemnitees”), and to defend Indemnitees, at participant’s sole cost, from all claims and demands, suits, actions, damages, judgments, and expenses, including Indemnitees’ court costs and attorney fees, of every kind or nature based on damages or injury to persons or property, including the death of any person, and including loss of or damage to Indemnitees’ property arising in any manner from participant’ activities, and/or participants’ participating in the June Dairy Parade. “Participation” means not only participating in the parade in itself, but also all other activities (assembling, disbanding, etc.) related to being part of the parade.
