DESCRIPTION:SORDID LIVES\nDirected by Frank Squillo \nSordid Lives by Del Shores is a dark comedy about a quirky Texas family thrown into chaos after the scandalous death of their matriarch.\n\nLong-buried secrets and eccentric personalities collide as the family gathers for her funeral\, resulting in hilarious and heartfelt moments. \n\nWith a Tammy Wynette-obsessed drag queen\, an ex-con\, a closeted actor\, a crazy therapist\, and plenty of other colorful characters\, the play explores themes of acceptance\, forgiveness\, and love amidst the family’s hilarity and dysfunction.\n\nRATED MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY: ‘Sordid Lives’ is intended for mature audiences. The play contains comedic depictions of sensitive topics\, including infidelity\, mental health\, LGBTQ+ issues\, strong language\, sexual content and innuendos\, and situations not suitable for children or some younger audiences.
