DESCRIPTION:Bring the kids down to the 2nd Annual Bay City Trunk or Treat!  It’s a great family friendly\, fun and safe event to celebrate Halloween\, October 31st!  Trick or treat to decorated parking spots and inside town hall.  Hot CHocolate\, Cider\, Games and activities for the littles!\n\n\n\nIf you would like to participate by hosting a vehicle or a table inside City Hall\, please reach out to baycitytrunkortreat@gmail.com\, or call Town Hall at 503-377-2288.  Indoor space is limited\, so register early.  Prizes given for Scariest\, Funniest\, Cutest and Most Creative!\n\nHosted by the Bay City Emergency Volunteers the Bay City Town Hall\, and sponsored by the Bay City Fire Dept\, Boosters and the City of Bay City.
