DESCRIPTION:Join the Friends of Netarts Bay WEBS and Oceanside Action Partnership on Saturday\, July 5th to keep our coastal ecosystems clean and healthy. Our goal is to remove debris left by July 4th festivities on the coast before it has a chance to wash into the ocean\, and we need your help! We will meet at The Schooner Restuarant and then split into groups to cover as much area as possible. \nAs a special thank you\, volunteers will get 10% off their meal at The Schooner on the day of the event!

DESCRIPTION:CAPE LOOKOUT STEWARDSHIP DAYS  \nWITH FRIENDS OF NETARTS BAY – WATERSHED\, ESTUARIES\, BEACH AND SEA\, (WEBS)  \nCape Lookout Stewardship Days offers opportunities to volunteer\, give back and work to maintain our natural areas and restore healthy coastal landscapes. \nEvery year\, WEBS partners with Cape Lookout State Park to offer opportunities to give back\, maintain our natural areas\, and restore healthy coastal landscapes. Our efforts to remove ivy and establish new native plants have made a huge impact in the park over the last few years. \nThis year\, with the help of volunteers\, WEBS will continue our efforts with ivy removal and native plant maintenance. “Events like this not only offer an opportunity to give back\, participants can connect with others in the community\, enjoy a day outdoors and hear about the successes and challenges for maintaining the health of Cape Lookout State Park” shares Marina Dreeben\, WEBS Stewardship Coordinator.  Volunteer and join the fun on any or all of these dates: July 27th\, August 13th and August 24th! \nActivities are designed to accommodate a variety of skill levels.
