RACE INFORMATION
Races will be held Saturday August 16, 2008 at the Tillamook
Bayocean Spit. There will be a 10-Mile Run, a 5-Mile Run and a
5-Mile Walk.
2008 TILLAMOOK BAY RUN ENTRY FORM

LOCATION
The Tillamook Bayocean Spit is located just a few miles
west of Tillamook.
From Portland: Head West on Hwy 26; take
Hwy 6 cutoff to Tillamook. Once in Tillamook, follow
signs to 3 Capes Loop. Go west of Tillamook to Bayocean
Spit (approx. 3 miles). Follow signs to Bayocean Spit
(approx. 2 miles).

Course Conditions
The Tillamook Bay Run is an out and back course, which starts
and finishes at the Bayocean Spit parking lot. The course is
slightly narrow, and with gravel and small rocks over dirt and
sand. Friendly volunteers will be on the course to offer water when you need it most.

5-Mile Trail Run: Complete the course once.
10-Mile Trail Run: For the Ambitious ones, run the course
twice. The views are beautiful!
5-Mile Walk: Take it a little slower and enjoy the
scenery. Need to complete in 2 hours.
REGISTRATION
Registration and packet pick-up on race day begins at 9 a.m. at the Bayocean Spit Parking lot. Official race starts at 10 a.m.
ENTRY FEES
Entry Fees - $25
$30 after August 10th and shirts will be mailed for additional postage.
Entry fee includes a 100% cotton long-sleeve T-shirt, and refreshments. Additional T-Shirts can be ordered at $20 each. Be sure to state what size. Adult sizes only: Small, Medium, Large and X-Large.

Award Ceremony to follow each event.
